Application:
Allows for the determination of quaternarium and polyquaternarium ammino compounds. The results are standardized again benzethonium chloride. For accurate reporting in ppm of your specific quat, a gravimetric factor between your quat and benzethonium chloride should be considered in the calculations. This test is relevant to any industry where Quarts are used as sanitizers, deodorizers, cleaners, etc. It can be used to determine the concentration of actives in raw materials and products by diluting the samples to the required test range of no more of 2,000 ppm quat for better accuracy.
